Designed and patented specifically for residential air-duct
cleaning, the Rotobrush® is the only method that power
brushes and vacuums at the same time. With the rotating
drive cable contained within the vacuum hose, the Rotobrush®
can be snaked through the air ducts all the way to the
furnace. The reversible feature allows the user to change
brush rotation allowing for cleaning of rectangular air
ducts. In combination with the Rotobrush®, the Roto-Vision™
Video Inspection System can be used for inspection before,
during and after cleaning. The Roto-Vision™ system can be
used separately to inspect a variety of situations including
blockages or odor causing debris. Connected to the
Rotobrush®, the Roto-Vision™ system can display an active
picture of the entire cleaning process. This system uses
dual HEPA filters for vacuum so no dust is left in the air.
Air-Duct Cleaning Process
Pre-inspection with homeowner of the air duct system
and exact written quote given before any work is done.
1.
We clean all registers/grilles and the inside of all return
and supply ducts with the patented Rotobrush® system.
2.
We clean the entire duct system and then clean the furnace,
inspect/clean the coil/blower if necessary.
3.
All dirt/debris from your vents is cleanly and safely
vacuumed into the Rotobrush® containment system.
4.
We replace all register covers/grilles, vacuum floor work
areas, replace furniture if necessary, and restore entire
area to the homes “before condition”.
5. We
cold sanitize (fog) the entire Heating/Ventilation System
with anti-microbial sanitizer and deodorizer for a fresh
clean scent.
6.
Final walk through Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) inspection with
homeowner.
