We use Hot Water Extraction Cleaning or Steam Cleaning Method

This cleaning method is recommended by all carpet manufacturers.

Areas of heavy use and spots or stains are pre-sprayed or pre-conditioned to lift and suspend ground-in soil, then a hot pressurized cleaning solution is injected into the carpet pile. Suspended soil and solution are immediately extracted.

Our new and powerful truck mounted systems lead the industry in vacuum power, solution pressure and cleaning solution temperature. This adds up to cleaner carpet and faster drying times as compared to most of our competition. Carpet will dry in less than 2 hours and can be walked on immediately. Carpet may even seem dry to the touch after we are finished.

Carpet Cleaning Process

      1.      Pre-inspection with homeowner, exact square feet measured and exact quote given.

2.      Pre-vacuum.

3.      Pre-treat traffic lanes, spots/stains with appropriate detergents.

4.      Furniture may be moved and replaced on foam blocks or plastic tabs to prevent stains.

5.      Deep cleaning of carpet by Hot Water Extraction.

6.      Air movers may be applied to speed dry.

7.      Pile may be raked or set.

8.      Deodorizer can be applied for a nice fresh scent.  

9.      Carpet protection may be applied.

10.  Final inspection / walk through with homeowner.
