Upholstery Cleaning Process

1.       Furniture is inspected with homeowner and exact quote is given.

2.       Test fabric for color fastness and manufacturer cleaning method.   

3.       Furniture is placed on drop cloths.

4.       Upholstery is deep HEPA vacuumed.

5.       Pre-spray is applied to loosen and suspend soils and allowed to dwell.

6.       Professional spotting to remove stubborn spots.  

7.       Hot water with rinse agent is injected into fabric to flush out suspended soils/detergents.

8.       Soils/detergents are extracted with a special upholstery hand tool.

9.       Deodorizer may be applied for that new freshly cleaned scent.

10.  Fabric protector may be applied.

11.  Fabric is brushed and an air mover is used to speed dry.
