Water Damage Process

1.      Inspect for damage and safety with homeowner.

2.      Determine Water Category and Class of Water Damage.

3.      Plan Emergency Scope of Work and give initial estimate.

4.      Take immediate steps to prevent further damage to structure, furniture and to contain damage to the smallest area.

5.      Emergency Water extraction of hard floors, carpets, furniture etc.

6.      Calculate drying equipment needed to rapidly dry and place equipment.

7.      Determine chemical pre/post decontamination requirements (if needed).

8.      Calculate specialty dehumidification equipment and place (if needed).

9.      Re-evaluate and monitor environment daily and brief homeowner.

10.   Clean and re-assemble the environment to pre-loss condition.
